About Agentman

The best way to do the work shouldn't live in one person's head.

Agentman captures how experts actually work — their procedures, judgment, and standards — and makes it something every AI tool and every teammate can use. We proved it in medicine. We're building it for everyone.

Why we exist

In every company, the most valuable knowledge is the hardest to find.

It lives in your most experienced people — how they price a deal, review a contract, work a denial, run a discovery call. When they're out, the work slows down. When they leave, it walks out with them.

AI was supposed to help. But a model trained on the internet doesn't know how your team works, so it gives generic answers to specific problems.

A skill closes that gap. It captures how your best people do the work, so any AI tool can follow it — the same way, every time. The expert's judgment becomes something the whole team can use, and keep.

The people who capture and maintain that expertise become an organization's most important builders. We call them Intelligence Architects.

— Prasad Thammineni, Founder & CEO

That's the company we're building: one where your hard-won expertise becomes a durable asset — owned by you, improved over time, and put to work everywhere you already use AI.

Where we proved it

Built from inside the practice — not outside it.

Agentman started in 2024 as an intelligence platform — a place where anyone can capture their expertise as skills and build agents that put those skills to work, no code required.

As word spread, firms began hiring us to build customized agentic workflows — orchestrating those skills into systems that could run their most involved, high-stakes work end to end.

Then one of those engagements changed the company. By July 2025, a design partner had put our agents to work in a real practice, on real patients, with real staff: Sachin Gangupantula, who runs Valley Diabetes & Obesity. The results showed up fast — doctors got 90 minutes back a day, cancelled slots filled from the waitlist, and staff came out from under the phones.

Then Sachin asked the question that turned a product into a company:

"Why should my practice be the only one that has this?"

— Sachin Gangupantula, Co-founder & VP Practice Operations, Valley Diabetes & Obesity

That became Medman — a complete medical back office running on Agentman skills, live in clinics today. It's the proof of what skills can do when you build the whole machine around them. What we built for medicine, we're now building for legal, private equity, and any team whose expertise is too valuable to lose.

What we believe

Four things we won't compromise on.

Production over demos

If it can’t be tested, traced, and explained, it doesn’t ship. A polished demo isn’t the same as work you can trust.

Built from inside the work

Our first customer is a founding team member, and his clinic is our testing lab. We build where the work actually happens — not at a distance from it.

Governance from day one

We own the full agent stack, so every action is logged, access is scoped, and you can review what happened before it touches your clients, patients, or revenue.

Plain language over jargon

You should trust us after 30 seconds of reading. If understanding what we do requires a glossary, we’ve failed.
