Agentman started with a question every healthcare practice knows: why is so much of the work that keeps a clinic alive still done by hand?
Eligibility calls. Denial follow-ups. Prior auth paperwork. Claim resubmissions. These workflows haven't changed in decades — and they're burying the people who do them.
We started building agents to automate these workflows in 2024. By July 2025, we had a design partner willing to deploy them in a real practice, on real patients, with real staff.
That partner was Sachin Gangupantula, who runs Valley Diabetes & Obesity Associates.
The results were immediate: 90 minutes saved per doctor per day. Revenue growing by filling cancelled slots with waitlist patients. Staff no longer drowning in eligibility calls.
Then Sachin asked the question that changed everything:
“Why should my practice be the only one that has this?”
That's when Agentman became more than a product. It became a company built from inside the practice — not outside it.
